About Us

The Equalizers Goal is To Put Pleasure In A Process That Has Never Known It.
I have spent over 29 years in the automotive industry (14 in sales and 15 in finance) and I am more than qualified to criticize a business that I Love with every fiber. However, I prefer to do my part to correct its ills from the outside in. I choose to be the CUSTOMER ADVOCATE that is needed but cannot be found as a functioning entity within ANY Dealership. Buying a vehicle anywhere in America is Like going on a “gambling expedition” to Las Vegas. The similarities are so profound in so many ways and yet there is one cliche that stands out most of all. It’s that adage “YOU CAN’T BEAT THE HOUSE”.
The industry is set up to operate in like fashion regardless of what part of the World you are, and the experiences are as well, fairly the same. The Customer/Clients are at a disadvantage by design. However, because of greed and a sense of “no limitations” this disadvantage so often results into an experience that is non short of horrific, confusing and quite often taking much more time than it should to unfold. Also, the services and experiences are NOT often commensurate with The Amount of Money spent over and beyond what is fair, by many consumers.
This is where we come in! There should be more balance to the transaction of purchasing a vehicle. However, the simple truth is customers are outmatched and “outexperienced” in this process to the point where the scales of balance will always tilt to favor the dealer to degrees that are, by many standards extreme and unfair. With our vast knowledge of the industry and the process. We are more than capable with more than enough experience to not only level the playing for consumers but also prove that the right skill set can “BEAT THE HOUSE”
Every car deal has more moving parts to it than any layperson can imagine. The average salesperson that has sold vehicles, for at least 6 months will be savvier and more indoctrinated into negotiating than someone who’s been buying cars for 20 plus years at the average rate of purchase. We know where the tricks and traps are and what they look like even being disguised. We use our experience and knowledge to save you money, time and aggravation over a process that has NOT changed in 50 years. However, the prices of vehicles have increased so significantly over just the last 15 years that it is now more important than ever to walk away from the table of negotiations knowing with absolute resolve that you have The Best Deal Possible.
